"I HATE my Thighs!" I don't like my Butt." "I wish I was 10 pounds thinner."  These are the excuses that many women make about not being in a relationship or having sex. "I'm disgusting." "No one is gonna love me anyways in this body."    These are some of the hidden beliefs that many women hold.  After years of blaming my life on my body, I can honestly say, "I DON'T BUY IT!!!!!" It is not your body that you are afraid of sharing with another, it is something way deeper than that. It isn't your body that is keeping you from accepting yourself.  It is something deeper.  Our bodies house HUGE capacity for love and connection. You're invited to the Embody the Awakening Body Image Sexuality Workshop In my experience, there is no way to separate our sexuality from our willingness to accept our bodies and love ourselves. Our sexuality is a beautiful aspect of how we experience life. Without our willingess to feel pleasure and intimacy, we block the most powerful connection to ourselves. Sexuality isn't always about THE OTHER. It is about how we feel ourselves. It is about how comfortable we are with feeling juicy, full and alive. To some, this may feel super scary. I totally get it. I remember walking down the streets of NYC so uncomfortable with the catcalls and looks. I would duck, hide, put my head down. I remember getting so upset I screamed at a man at the top of my lungs, " GET THE F&*K out of my face!!!" Ummmm..... not the best response, but at that moment I was doing the best that I could.  Being comfortable in my body as a sensual, sexual woman has been and continues to be a journey. (BTW when I say sexual, I am not talking about playing SEXY and pretending. I'm talking about the authentic expression of  an empowered woman.) Through my continual study of tantra with the great Dawn Cartwright and my recent completion of The Artemis School, for Women's Sexual Wellness, I have learned more about my body and how POWERFUL we are as women. Bringing Reiki into Parenting

HI Loves,

This video is a little inspiration on how to bring Reiki into your parenting.
Sharing Reiki with my little guy is so much fun, because children
have the natural ability to tap right into the LOVE! They don't hold back with anything and LOVE is their language.

Learning Reiki as a parent is a great way to bring in more peace and patience into your relationship with your children. WOW!! Children are great AND they can push our buttons too. Reiki helps me to be present and sllooooooowwwww down.

Dear Reiki Friends,This month I have a lot to celebrate. After a long search for a home we finally found a super sweet spot in Topanga where we can thrive! YAY!
