How Good Can you Stand it?

How Good Can You Stand it?
I was recently sharing with my mentor about successes that I had with my business. In the span of two weeks, I started working at a Malibu Rehab Center doing Reiki/Massage and I signed three new Coaching Clients. WOOHOO!! I was super excited to have this burst of prosperity show up!

And then....... I began to notice fear creeping in.

Here's a glimpse of my fear mind in action:
"It's great that you feel good now, but you wont be able to sustain it. And you're probably gonna be exhausted from all the work. And not have any energy to be with your family. BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH"
You get the picture, right?

I noticed I was keeping myself from stepping into a new threshold. And although I was excited, I was comfortable where I was living. I was afraid of what more goodness in my life would look like.
I decided I needed to stretch myself. I began to notice my discomfort and began to relish it.
Being uncomfortable meant I was being stretched which meant I was reaching for new possibilities.  I was onto something.
Through the prompting of my coach, I began asking myself every day,
"How good can I stand it?" This simple question began to change all my thoughts. It began to open me up to all the ways that I block beauty in my life.

How good can I stand it? This profound question made me confront my fears. It helped me look for the goodness even when I was having a challenging day. This question began to get me out of my box into a yummier space of living.

Would you like to join me on March 14th for a 21-day challenge?
The How Good Can I Stand it~21 day Challenge.
All you do is ask yourself on a daily basis for 21 days, "How good can I stand it?" and see what comes up. See if this question challenges your thoughts around prosperity. How good can I stand it in relationship to my loved ones? How good can I stand it with my flow of income? How good can I stand it with what I look like?

Are you in? If so, simply email me at mmreiki7@yahoo.com and say " I am in."
I'll add you to a PRIVATE Facebook page where on March 14th we can start to share our insights, inspirations, reach out for support and create a new movement for GREATNESS.

Love,

Marla
