Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation
Different styles of meditation have been practiced for centuries in every culture on Earth, and there are hundreds of different techniques. .Some are more supportive and introspective, and some are more conducive to helping develop a long-term practice. It is my intention, through Guided Meditation to help you to train your mind to let go and find Peace & Stillness. Allow yourself to be with things as they are without resistance. Once you have found that sweet space within, where there is calm and peace, allow yourself to drop in deeper.
Love,
Marla

"Without meditation, and without a relationship to your mind, you fail to use the power of the mind. You fail to rely on your self. You complicate your approach. You do not use the beautiful designs given to you by birthright in this body, that link the effectiveness of body, mind, soul and you."

  1. I am an American Sikh who studied with Yogi Bhajan for 30 years. I want to introduce you to a free e-book “Sikhism and Tantric Yoga”; a rare and out of print book by a Sikh scholar and historian which takes a critical look at Yogi Bhajan's kundalini and tatric yoga systems. I discovered this book during my two years in India.“Sikhism and Tantric Yoga” has been a real eye-opener for me and makes complete sense when I think about the last thirty years of my life with Yogi Bhajan. Written by the esteemed Dr. Trilochan Singh, author of over twenty books on Sikh history and philosophy and lecturer at sixteen Universities, “Sikhism and Tantric Yoga”, describes the Sikh mystical path and is critical of Yogi Bhajan's Tantra and Kundalini Yoga.

I have included here a sample of one chapter and the entire book can be downloaded for free at: Gurmukhyoga.com

  2. Thank you so much for the link to this book. I will definitely dive into it and study its critique. Do you still practice kundalini? what is your present spiritual practice?

As for this post, I am attempting to upload a Guided Meditation, however, it is not presently working. Please check back later.
